Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

You will remain liable for damages or losses up to the insurance excess, except when additional coverage is selected. 7. Prohibited Activities

It is also unacceptable to transport dangerous materials. Vehicles must not be sub-let or driven by unauthorized individuals. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden. Additionally, the vehicle should only be used for its intended purposes within established passenger and weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical area requires prior authorization.
Breach of terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Liability Limitations in East Grinstead
